Reservations & House Policy
Reservations are accepted by phone only. Parties of 7 guests or fewer may reserve by calling the restaurant directly. Parties of 8 or more must submit an email inquiry to info@robustoscigarbar.com so our team can properly accommodate the reservation.
The entire party must be present to be seated. We cannot accommodate additional guests beyond the number included in the reservation, and seating requests for specific tables or sections cannot be guaranteed.
Reservations may only be modified more than 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the reservation will incur a $25 per person cancellation fee. Any deposits taken to secure reservations may be applied toward the final bill or refunded following the reservation.
Reservations are held for a maximum of 15 minutes past the scheduled time. If the party has not arrived within that time, the table may be released.
During lunch and dinner service, standing inside the establishment is not permitted and all guests must be seated. Walk-up drink orders at the bar are not permitted during lunch and dinner service.
During peak hours, tables may be subject to time limits or minimum spend requirements in order to accommodate all guests.
Parties of 6 or more guests will have an automatic 20% gratuity added to the final bill. Split checks are not permitted for parties of 6 or more.
Cigars enjoyed inside the establishment must be purchased from our humidor.
Guests must be 21 years of age or older with a valid government-issued photo ID to enter. Management reserves the right to refuse service, deny entry, or remove any guest from the premises at any time.
By making a reservation, guests acknowledge and agree to the reservation and house policies outlined above, including applicable deposits, cancellation fees, and service charges.
